Dr. Cesar Vargas (based in Beijing, China) has over 15 years of experience practicing medicine throughout Asia. Dr. Vargas completed medical school at the Universidad Mayor Real and Pontifica San Francisco Xavier Sucre in Bolivia and obtained a Masters degree in Neurosurgery at Tongji Medical University Wuhan, China. Dr. Vargas has served as a Senior Medical Officer for an International medical assistance company, where his duties included training and directing evacuation escorts. Dr. Vargas has extensive experience in aero medical evacuation and has personally performed over 250 medical transports and supervised hundreds of others. Dr. Vargas is certified in Paediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Dr. Vargas is fluent in Spanish, English, Chinese, and Portuguese.
 

Dr. Peter Burgos


Medical Director – Shenyang

 
Dr Burgos is based in Shenyang and has been working in China for the past 7 years as a Family Practitioner, Paediatrician and Obstetrician. Dr. Burgos obtained his Masters Degree in Family Medicine from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Burgos is fluent in Spanish, English and Chinese.
 

Dr. David Jan Mamat



 
Dr. Mamat graduated from Xi’ An Medical University in July, 1997 with subsequent training in general practice medicine. After graduation, he worked in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xin Jiang Medical University. Dr. Mamat joined Global Doctor clinic as General Practitioner and is a Panel Doctor for the Australian Immigration Department.
 

Dr. Joseph Susi



 
Dr. Joseph Susi attended the Temple University Medical School in Philadelphia, Pa. on a United States Air Force health professionals scholarship from 1976 and 1980. Dr. Susi completed his residency program in a civilian family medicine residency program, at Hamot Medical Center, in Erie, Pa., and subsequently passed the American Board of Family Practice certification exam. Back in military service, Dr. Susi practiced family medicine, first at Pope (North Carolina) Air Force Base, then at Elmendorf (Alaska) AFB. In addition to providing in-patient, out-patient, and obstetrical care while on active duty, Dr. Susi also completed the Air Force training program in Flight Medicine. Dr. Susi practiced family medicine in Alaska and Erie, Pa. at St. Vincents Health Center. Overseas experience includes working family medicine in an American owned clinic in Prague, Czech Republic in 2000, and Shanghai in 2004.
 

Dr. Deniz Valdez



 
Dr. Valdez is a general practice physician with extensive critical care medicine, emergency and family practice medicine. Dr. Valdez trained in Intensive Care Medicine at the University Hospital of Asuncion, Paraguay. Dr. Valdez has spent more than ten years working as a Family Physician and the last four years as an Intensive Care physician for the “Foundation Tesai” Hospital associated with the Itaipu Binacional in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. Dr. Valdez is certified in ACLS and PALS is fluent in English, Portuguese, Guarani and Spanish.
 

Dr. Sonia Qu



 
Dr.Qu graduated from Chongqing University of Medical Science in 1989, where she specialized in Neurology and has worked in Chongqing Emergency Center for the last 16 years. Dr. Sonia has extensive experience in cerebrovascular diseases, neurological infectious diseases, epilepsy and general practice medicine.
 

Dr. Samantha Zhang



 
Dr. Zhang is a General Practice Physician. Born in Taiwan she graduated from the Medical College of Jinan University in Guangzhou. Dr Zhang is a Chinese board certificated clinical Medicine Physician.Dr. Zhang speaks Chinese, Cantonese, and English.
 

Dr. Jesus Narvaez



 
Dr Navarez graduated from University of Orient Medical School in 1985 and obtained his Medical Surgeon Degree from this University in 1990. he completed an Internship in Anesthesia, Veterans Hospital ,Sucre State in 1992, followed by an Internship in Emergency Department, Brantford General Hospital, Ontario Canada in1994. Another Internship followed in Anesthesia Department in Beijing Medical University, Beijing, China in 1998. Dr. Narvaez has worked for seven years as a Emergency Critical Care Transport physician for an International medical assistance company. Dr. Narvez personally conducted more than 600 domestic and international evacuations. Dr Narvaez has been trained and certified in Emergency Management Severe Trauma, Advanced Burns Life Support, Advanced Pediatric Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Dr Narvaez is Licensed to practice in China and Venezuela.
 

Dr. Amy Chen



 
Dr. Chen graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, P.R.China, where she obtained her Major in Internal Medicine and Nephrology from the same University Hospital. Dr. Chen has had rich experience in general practice medicine as well as Nephrology. Dr. Chen is a Panel Physician for the Australian Immigration Department.
 

Dr.Gu Jiang



 
Dr. Gu Jian is a General Practice Physician. She graduated from China Medical University in Shenyang and received a Masters Degree in Internal Medicine in 2006. Dr. Gu Jian is fluent in English.
 

Dr. Hugo V. Galean



 
Dr. Galean received his medical education in Bolivia andworked for World Bank projects in South America and gained extensive experience in areas of internal medicine and emergency practice in remote areas. Dr. Galena worked for large teaching Hospitals in Latin America, Hospital Beneficence Portuguese (Sao Paolo, Brazil), Hospital of Clinics (Buenos Aires, Argentina), and Bolivian-Japanese Hospital (Sucre - Bolivia). He is fluent in Spanish and English.
 

Dr. Mable Liu



 
Dr. Liu currently works as a professor of Epidemiology at Hua Xi University and has conducted research on Epidemiology at London University Hospital. Dr. Liu has also worked as a visiting scholar at the University of New South Wales. Dr. Liu has a particular interest in diseases effecting women and has focused research in this area. Dr. Liu works as a primary care physician at Global Doctor in Chengdu and speaks English and Chinese.
 

Dr. Alan Liu



 
Dr. Liu specializes in Cardiology and has published more than twenty articles for several medical journals. Dr. Liu practices general medicine in Chengdu No.10 Military Hospital from the People’s Liberation Army Hospital. Dr Liu is fluent in English and Chinese.
 

Dr. Miao Bo Yong



 
Dr. Miao graduated from Sichuan Health Management College majoring in radiology. After graduation, he worked as a Radiologist in No. 1 Hospital of Yibing County for over 20 years. He currently works as a Radiologist in Global Doctor Chengdu Clinic.
 

Dr. Huang Zu Ping



 
Dr. Huang graduated from The Hygiene School of Changsha in 1985 and he continues to study in the Hengyang Medical Collage of Nanhua University in 2004, majoring in Medical Image & Radiology. He has composed numerous medical articles in the field of Radiology. Dr.Huang is a staff radiologist in 2nd People’s Hospital of Hunan since July 1991, and is a Panel Radiologist for the Australian Immigration Department.
 

Dr. Yin Piao Zhong



 
Dr. Yin graduated from the Urumqi People’s Liberation Army Medical College in 1983 majoring in Orthopedics. Staff physician 2nd People’s Hospital of Hunan for the department of child cerebral palsy treatment & Rehabilitation. Dr. Yin published several medical articles related to clinical rehabilitation.
 

Dr.Chai Xiao Li
